You should drink a glass of water every morning after waking up and before doing anything else even before taking your breakfast. You can take a glass of warm water which is highly recommended by doctors but you can still take cold if you don't have any health issues.

2. Take a heavy breakfast.

I know some of you are used in taking a cup of tea and some loafs of bread. This is the modern life style that's killing young generation. You should take a well prepared breakfast. You can eat some roasted eggs and ugali or rotis(chapati). This will help you stay strong through out the day. You will be strong and ready to every task that will be ahead of you. It will keep you healthy and fight early aging. Avoid eating packed foods or GMOs. 


3. Exercise.

No day can be called a day without exercise. It is recommended to have a routine of taking 30 minutes of exercise mostly early in the morning everyday. Exercise will keep you fit and ready. It will keep you away from stress which is one of the catalyst promoting early aging. Exercise will waken your mind and refresh your overall well being. 30 minutes for exercise everyday are enough to make you look under 16 years old. In fact, do you know swimming is the best exercise routine every one should consider. Swimming is the best outshining all other exercises routing such us walking, jogging, lifting heavy objects, riding manual bicycle, or even doing acrobat.
